Through ongoing Research & Development, we continue to improve upon our metalization process in order to stay ahead of our customers' needs. With a watchful eye on every stage of production, from tooling to packing, we are constantly evaluating our quality and efficiency so that we can make adjustments and improvements when and where they are necessary to insure the highest standards are not only met, but that they are maintained. 

60,000 sq.ft. of production allow us to process a wide range of products simultaneously. With our proprietary techniques we have the ability to handle all your coating requirements from the prototype stage to final production runs. We have six automated vacuum chambers for both reflective finishes and EMI/RFI shielding. Our painting equipment includes six spray booths including; manual, automated, and robotic paint cells. We run three shifts on a year-round basis in order to meet all your critical delivery schedules.

Our sister company, Designers Metalcraft,  is a custom sheet metal fabrication job shop that services a wide range of industries including manufacturing holding fixtures such the tooling fixtures utilized for Mueller Corporations vacuum metalizing and industrial coating services. DM has been in business since 1955 and brings a wealth of knowledge to cost effective, tight-tolerance tool making. Capabilities include laser cutting utilizing two Cincinnati lasers, precision forming with Armada brakes, pem setting, welding, and finishing. DM will work closely with your engineers to find a solution for your masking and tooling fixture needs.
