Over the last ten years Mueller Corporation has grown from a 15,000 to over 60,000 square foot modern facility with complete climate control throughout. We have invested in high efficiency lighting as well as renewable energy sources in an effort to lessen our carbon foot print. We will continue to research and invest in green technologies such as alternative energy, UV cure coatings, low VOC coatings, and waterborne coatings.
Our proprietary techniques give us the ability to handle all your coating requirements from the prototype stage to final production runs. We have seven automated vacuum chambers for both reflective finishes and EMI/RFI shielding. Our painting equipment includes six spray booths including; manual, automated, and robotic paint cells. New to Mueller Corporation is a state of the art Class-A UV cure, chain on edge, coating line that produces parts of the highest quality. This line along w/ dedicated metalizing systems was designed for very high volume production for the cosmetics packaging, and automotive trim industries. We run three shifts on a year-round basis in order to meet all your critical delivery schedules.
Through proprietary methods of coating technology we are able to increase the reflectivity of many parts and also provide a lasting finish where extreme temperatures can be an issue. We are also able to apply our coatings onto flexible substrates.
Thus, we can deposit a metal surface to act as a light reflector, a heat shield, a conductor, or simply as a decorative enhancement. Our process technology has overcome many coating obstacles in order to process special parts for our customers that many other finishers still find difficult, expensive or impossible to metalize effectively.
We possess a full compliment of equipment dedicated to providing you with the highest quality standards in the industry. All of our coating chambers and paint lines are operated under an environmental management system based on ISO 14001. We insure that our work is performed in a manner so as not to endanger any part of the natural environment, and we are diligent about assuring full compliance with all local, state & federal protocols.
Our sister company, Designer's Metalcraft, is a custom sheet metal fabrication job shop that services a wide range of industries including manufacturing holding fixtures such the tooling fixtures utilized for Mueller Corporations vacuum metalizing and industrial coating services. DM has been in business since 1955 and brings a wealth of knowledge to cost effective, tight-tolerance tool making. Capabilities include laser cutting, water jet cutting, precision forming, pem setting, welding, fabrication, and finishing. DM will work closely with your engineers to find a solution for your masking and tooling fixture needs.
