Custom Vacuum Chrome Coatings
Using a series of spray-painted base and top coats, combined with our time-tested vacuum metalizing process, we are able to achieve a seamless, chrome appearance on even the most complex plastic part. Adding dyes to our protective spray painted top coats allow us to attain bright chrome colors beyond silver, including:

Sporting Goods Custom Chrome and Matte Coatings
Vacuum Metalizing is an environmentally friendly and cost-effective solution for achieving a unique chrome look on plastic pieces. We offer matte, chrome, chrome colors, and two chrome color coatings for sporting goods.
Please note vacuum metalizing is not chrome plating and does not have the same durability or corrosive resistance.
